Field work Application
Mobile application of TRATAMENTO of work orders Cenco consultancy has developed for its clients an application that allows to carry out the management and the resolution of the Work orders (O/T) in field with a mobile device (Android or IOS). The system has standard input/output interfaces to link it to a customer system. The application manages the life cycle of the O/T since it is sent from the client system to its resolution. It allows the parameterization of the specializations, activities, materials, as well as priorities and order of resolution of the O/T. It can be used synchronously or asynchronous with the back-end according to the communications possibilities.
